Electrostatic see-saw actuation – series and shunt types

 
  • Lower actuation voltages (<20V)
  • Increased lifetime, better reliability against stiction
  • Better hot-switching performance – one side always electrostatically “latched”
  • Increased isolation >40dB 0-50GHz
